About Gosum

GoSum was first developed as a board game around 1990 to help as an aid to teach maths to my 2 children. Over the period, various board styles were developed to introduce an element of fun and competition.

The board game was developed to its current form and it was decided to design and introduce it as an "App" in 2010. 27,000 lines of programming and 2 years later, we now have an App that is both enjoyable and addictive to play. We had fun making it, I hope you have many hours of fun playing it. Enjoy.

What is Gosum
Think of GoSum as “Scrabble with numbers”. Created by Aaptek Ltd, GoSum is the brain child of Colin Thompson. Originally conceived as a way to help his children with math numbers, the GoSum journey has spanned decades, and has evolved from a mock up tile game, to a professionally produced board game, and mobile app. Available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, this cool math game is touted as one of the best puzzle games for kids and adults alike. In reality the game is fit for anyone young and old. GoSum will also be launched as a board game, available from all major retailers in 2013.
